Functions of the Dental Office Assistant – Business Assistant
The Dental Business Office Assistant will maintain and organize all administrative functions in the front office, including reception tasks “ receiving and distributing office mail and email, answering the office phone and distributing calls or messages accordingly, communicating patients arrival promptly, managing administrative records and pulling/filing office charts among other duties. Position Summary

The Loan Processor Assistant plays an important role in the organization by performing a number of activities related to the companys retail branch operations functions. The role is primarily responsible, under direct supervision, for assisting the Loan Processor(s) by reviewing loan files, ordering supporting documents, and performing other similar tasks in a high-volume loan environment.

Essential Functions

* Request and review file documentation, including income/employment verifications, bank statements or verifications of deposit, property valuations, etc.; ensure documentation has been uploaded into the paperless file system.
* Open escrow and title accounts for clients.
* Ensure appropriate data has been keyed and is maintained in within the electronic system.
* Communicate with Loan Processor(s) regarding the documentation needed to process the loan; maintain effective follow up to ensure receipt of needed documents.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required, some college courses, along with a minimum of one year total experience in Mortgage lending related role(s) preferred.

WHATS THE JOB ALL ABOUT?

As a Medical Assisting Instructor at Concorde, youll be required to demonstrate and model the expertise expected of a Medical Assistant Professional.
You will be VISIBLE by representing Concorde in the community and most importantly, in the classroom. As a campus Team Member, you will help students for success and achieve graduation goals. YOU WILL BE VALUED!

HOW YOULL SPEND YOUR DAY:

You will work with students in the classroom, evaluating, teaching and leading them through the curriculum. You will educate, direct, and inspire them along the path to accomplishing their goals and dreams. You will present the content of the curriculum, which will be provided to you, but you and your colleagues can enhance it with real life work experiences.

As a Medical Assisting Instructor at Concorde, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in peoples lives. You will be able to provide service not only to the students with whom youll teach, develop and grow, but also the families of those patients within the communities they serve.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Must have a minimum of 3 years front and back office Medical Assistant experience (For TX: 5 years if you do not have a degree).
* Registered or certified Medical Assistant.
* Experience in billing and insurance, medical terminology, coding ICD-9 and CPT.
* Experience in phlebotomy, immunizations, venipuncture, injections, pharmacology, EKG, wound care, GYN procedures and vital signs.
* Proficiency in dosage calculations helpful.
* Documentation, computer skills, administrative competency, EHR (electronic health records)/Practice management knowledge helpful.
