HR Branch and Region Development is responsible for proactive Human Resource support to branch office teams and leadership development of the Financial Advisor at the branch and region level. Field HR Managers influence the achievement of branch, region, and area business results by delivering proactive leadership development, branch team effectiveness coaching, and business process solutions that enable Financial Advisor and Branch Office Administrator performance excellence and engagement. Field HR Managers also partner with various departments, inside the HR division and the other business functions, to drive strategic direction from home office to the field. We provide in-depth HR Generalist knowledge and expertise while focusing on training and development (leadership, soft skills, coaching, business processes) of our financial advisors and branch teams. Increase branch team effectiveness through proactive diagnostic coaching engagements to align FA and BOA communication, priorities, business processes, and behaviors that enable efficient execution of key business strategies.
* Work as a trusted advisor and resource to FAs and regional leadership teams to provide feedback, training and targeted solutions that
contribute to the proactive development of branch and region leadership capabilities.
* Partner with regional leadership teams and home office business partners to support implementation of firm initiatives at the branch, regional, and area level
* Diagnose and implement appropriate solutions to address climate and team performance at a branch and regional level
* Promote collaborative information sharing with field and home office business partners to facilitate alignment and clarity with communications to FAs and BOAs
* Collaborate with Home Office Departments to provide in-market support of Firm or division initiatives
* Partner with Human Resource Associate Relations department to ensure proper HR policies and procedures are followed within branch, region areas
* Provide on-boarding support in High Growth Market branches, multi-BOA branches or branches in transition
