We are currently seeking a
Sr. Implementation Consultant with Benefits expertise to join our team and help us drive outstanding implementations and upgrades for our clients.

The Benefits Implementation Consultant has responsibility for supporting the success of client implementations with a SME (subject matter expert) level of Benefits knowledge and experience regarding full SDLC implementation. (Software Delivery Life Cycle).

Primary Responsibilities
Execute the day-to-day activities of implementation engagements for a variety of clients including: gathering and analyzing requirements and data, reviewing and mapping SyncHR business processes to best support client, configuring the software, testing the solution, and training the client
Review business processes and advise clients on system services available within the SyncHR application
Identify and communicate findings (such as process recommendations, issues/risks, etc.) to project manager and client personnel
3 years of Benefits knowledge
3 years of HCM implementation and/or upgrade experience with Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Lawson, ADP, Ceridian or other traditional ERP HCM (HR, Benefits, and Payroll) systems/applications
Bachelors degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level
Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality
Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities (and experience)
Excellent presentation skills
Combine patience, determination, and persistence to troubleshoot client issues
Dynamic, results-oriented problem solver
Skilled at evaluating options and generating solutions
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Thrive in a team environment and work well with others
Enjoy working as a team member as well as independently
Minimal travel as projects are worked remotely
Advanced Excel experience, understanding of VBA and macros
