Position Description
We seek a collaborative, creative, and execution oriented professional who is immersed in the Human Capital Management (HCM) world, and understands the roles, responsibilities, and systems that support this functional area.
You will need to have experience supporting a growing and dynamic sales organization, as well as have strong functional and technical knowledge of the HCM subject matter, including Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Attendance, and Talent Management.
You must have a strong ability to problem solve, be strategic, think quickly on your feet, and have excellent presentation skills.
You will be expected to quickly adapt to a fast-paced, newer-to-market, technology-focused environment that is reimagining the HCM space.

This position is a dynamic, externally facing position, with direct interaction with customers and prospective customers.
This position is part of the Sales organization and is a key role in the strategic sales process.
This position works with sales representatives and sales leadership to qualify prospective customers, strategize and present a compelling reason to do business with SyncHR and its partners, respond to competitive pressures and competitive situations with sound and ethical judgement, and ultimately assist in persuading prospective customers to become highly referenceable customers.

We do support a remote workforce; however, with our headquarters in Denver, CO, location here would be ideal – finding the right person is a higher priority.
Travel is required, and is typically a few days at a time.
The frequency may vary throughout the year.
You will report to the Director of Solutions Consultants and work closely with a geographically-dispersed team of sales professionals.

Primary Responsibilities

Support sales growth through high impact software demonstrations
·
Understand prospective customer business requirements and configure the application to best meet their needs
·
Collaborate with sales counterparts to develop a winning strategy for prospective customers
·
Become a subject matter expert on all SyncHR products and services, and gain a strong knowledge of our partner product and services
·
Become a subject matter expert on all functional areas that SyncHR products and services support
·
Create persuasive content for requests for information (RFI), requests for proposals (RFP), and related requests

Professional Qualifications
·
Minimum 3 years of experience in a presales support role working with enterprise class application(s) in complex selling situations.
·
Expert knowledge of Human Capital Management systems –
Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruiting, Time Tracking and the systems used to manage these functions
·
Strong technical and functional experience
·
Strong presentation skills
·
Strong verbal and written communication skills
·
Strong aptitude for problem solving
·
Ability to perform effectively under pressure
·
Ability to respond quickly and creatively to questions with sound business acumen
·
First-hand experience with responding to Requests for Information/Proposal (RFI/RFP)
·
Must be comfortable with conducting sales presentations/demonstrations to small and large audiences.
·
Must have the ability to be involved with multiple sales processes concurrently and have excellent organizational skills
·
Must be able/willing to travel via air travel is typically domestic and the frequency may vary greatly from a couple times a year to several times a month
·
Must use discretion and judgement when dealing with confidential information and/or issues
