Kaizen Approach, Inc. is currently hiring for a Tools Support Technician to support a client in Annapolis Junction, MD.
The Tools Support Technician (TST) IV will have experience maintaining and configuring tools within the HP Business Technology Optimization Suite. The team they will be working on provides technical direction and engineering knowledge in support of planning, designing, developing, testing, installing and maintaining systems monitoring and management services. They develop, refine, and document systems management policies, processes, procedures and drives their implementation and use within the Capabilities Service Center (CSC).
Specific requirements include:
A minimum of 5 years experience with the implementation of Network Node Manager (NNM) 9i, Site Scope, Operations Manager for Linux (OML) and Operations Manager i (OMi).
In addition, a minimum of 3 years experience system administration of Linux, Unix and Windows is required
As well as 1 year of experience in VMWare.
TS / SCI FSP security clearance
