SMB Solution Specialist

We are looking for a
Solution Specialist who will increase resellers awareness and position our clients small to medium business (SMB) products and solutions.

Responsibilities & Attributes for Success:
* Educate resellers and augment existing field resources; drive awareness of our client among partners, corporate resellers and distributors
* Schedule meetings with resellers; maintain a strong appointment calendar
* Generate and maintain opportunity/revenue pipeline; help account managers close deals
* Make joint prospecting/sales calls with partners
* Gather intelligence and submit timely reports on the state of business
* Organize content and train representatives on products, promotions and programs
* Conduct reseller/distributor floor days, promotions, lunch and learns, and other events
* Attend and present at regional events when necessary
* Create and maintain effective partner relationships
* Maintain effective communication with manager

Whats required to be considered:

* Two or more years experience selling or educating others on a technical product or solution
* Ability to conduct effective presentations and training
* Experience in an IT or channel sales environment
* Computer skills: Microsoft Office andSalesforce.com
* Small business networking technology knowledge
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* A bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
